Real-time job posting webhook APIs: 5 options compared
October 10, 2026 · a comparison, sources linked · about a 7 minute read
Disclosure first: Reqbeat is one of the five products on this page and we built it, so read our entry with that in mind. Every claim about the other four comes from that vendor's own public site or docs as of October 2026, linked so you can check, and each entry says when that vendor is the better pick.
The question this page answers: you want new job postings pushed to you — a webhook that fires when a company opens a req matching your criteria — not a dataset you poll and diff. Plenty of providers sell job-posting data; fewer sell delivery. Here is who actually pushes, what events they push, and what it costs to find out.
The short version
| Provider | Push mechanism | Events | Push on the free tier? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reqbeat | Watch on a company or saved search | opened, reobserved, reposted, closed | Yes — 3 watches, 50 deliveries/mo, no card |
| TheirStack | Webhook on a saved search | job.new, job.closed, company.new, tech.new | Credit-metered per event, on API plans |
| PredictLeads | Webhooks per signal family | New signals as detected, jobs among them | 100 free API requests/mo to evaluate |
| Mantiks | API, webhook or native integrations | Hiring alerts with contacts attached | 7-day trial |
| Crustdata | Watcher API over their data graph | Company signals incl. jobs | Not stated publicly |
1. Reqbeat — push is the product, not a feature
That is us. Everything else here is a database that grew a webhook; Reqbeat is the other way round. The primitive is a watch: a company or a saved search ("SDR roles in the UK") paired with your webhook URL. The corpus is re-read every 3 hours across 7 regions, and each change arrives as a signed POST naming its event — opened, reobserved, reposted or closed — with the real posting and its ATS link attached, so the signal can be verified by a human before anyone acts on it. The dedup rule is published on the method page, and a company we cannot see returns no_ats_signal rather than a false "not hiring".
The free tier includes 3 live watches and 50 delivered changes a month with no card, which is enough to judge the feed on your own ICP. Mechanics are on the webhook docs page; the 15-minute walkthrough is how to get a webhook when a company posts a job.
Pick Reqbeat when the workflow is a trigger — same-day outbound, client-list monitoring, agent pipelines over MCP. Look elsewhere when you need posting history, technographics or bulk data: we sell none of those.
2. TheirStack — event webhooks on a serious dataset
TheirStack's webhooks are real and well documented: attach one to a saved search and it fires on job.new, job.closed, company.new (first match only) or tech.new (on request), delivering to n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable or your own endpoint. Each event draws on the same credit system as API requests — 1 credit per job event, 3 per company or tech event, by their docs — and you can cap a webhook's daily events to bound spend. Behind it sits the dataset their 251M postings / 195 countries numbers describe.
Pick TheirStack when you want push and tech-stack targeting or posting history from one vendor, and credit-metered delivery fits your volume. Look elsewhere when a continuously firing feed makes per-event credits hard to predict, or you want push without a paid API plan. Full head-to-head: Reqbeat vs TheirStack.
3. PredictLeads — webhooks across many signal families
PredictLeads states that webhooks "push new signals in real time as they are detected", and job openings are one of several signal families alongside news, funding and technology detections — 270M+ historical job records back to 2016 and 1M+ found weekly, refreshed at least every 36 hours, by their numbers. Delivery options are broad: REST APIs, flat files, webhooks and an MCP server, with 100 free API requests a month to evaluate.
Pick PredictLeads when you want several signal types pushed from one vendor into an agent or warehouse. Look elsewhere when you want a purpose-built hiring feed: jobs are one product line among many, and the freshness contract you get on a dedicated feed (what was detected when, deduplicated how) is not their jobs product's published focus.
4. Mantiks — alerts with the decision-maker attached
Mantiks is a prospecting platform for recruiters and lead-gen teams: it monitors target companies and markets, raises automatic alerts on hiring needs, and feeds "your CRM, ATS or your internal custom through API, webhook, or native integrations", in their words — with decision-maker contact data bundled into the signal. There is a 7-day free trial.
Pick Mantiks when you want posting-plus-person in one delivery and you recruit for a living. Look elsewhere when you need clean company-level signal infrastructure — bundled person data is exactly what some compliance teams must avoid (Reqbeat ships none, by design). More options: Mantiks alternatives.
5. Crustdata — monitoring over a people-and-company graph
Crustdata is a real-time B2B data layer — 1B+ people and 60M+ company profiles, by their numbers — where hiring is one signal among headcount, funding and the rest. Their Watcher API monitors companies for signals, and the platform delivers over API, MCP and datasets. Their public pages reference webhook delivery but publish less event-level detail than the others here, so plan an evaluation call on your own data before committing a workflow to it.
Pick Crustdata when you already want their enrichment graph and signals can ride along. Look elsewhere when the webhook contract itself — events, dedup, retry, what silence means — is the thing you are buying.
How to actually choose
Webhooks are a contract, and the contract is testable. Point two of these at the same slice of your ICP for a week, then ask three questions of what landed: can you open the artifact behind each event, how old was the posting when the event fired, and what does no event mean — not hiring, or not covered? That last one is where push products differ most, and it is the question our evidence standard says to ask of any signal.
