Live. Refreshed every 3 hours

A hiring-data primitive, not another platform.

One API and MCP tool answers “is this company hiring, and for what?” with real reqs: deduplicated across boards, freshness-floored, usage-priced. Your workflows stand on data that does not break.

Connect → Ask → Ship

From a pasted server config to a billable client deliverable. No enterprise sales cycle.

01

Connect

A remote MCP server over streamable HTTP. Sign up free, no card, and copy the API key on screen. Paste one config and your agent can call the tools minutes later.

{ "url": "https://mcp.reqbeat.com/mcp",
  "headers": {
    "X-API-Key": "YOUR_REQBEAT_API_KEY" } }

// the key is on screen after signup:
// free tier and 14-day trial, no card
02

Ask

15 tools, each documented for the agent that calls it. Find the companies, gate them with is_hiring, rank them with hiring_pulse.

who_is_hiring_for({q: "backend engineer",
                   geo: "USA"})
is_hiring({company_id: 1234})
// → {is_hiring: true, open_req_count: 7,
//    coverage_status: "ats_direct_hit"}
hiring_pulse({company_id: 1234})
pre_action_brief({company_id: 1234})
03

Ship

Webhooks are idempotent to register and signed on delivery. You pay only when your endpoint accepts a delivery. Failed or duplicate deliveries cost nothing.

register_webhook({url: "https://you.example/hook",
                  secret: "…"})
// idempotent: same url returns the same id
watch_company({company_id: 1234,
  webhook_endpoint_id: 42,
  event_types: ["opened", "closed"]})

Built to be called by agents

Every tool description states when to use it, what it costs and what its errors mean. An unresolvable country is an explicit error, never a partial page. An empty result costs nothing. Your agent reads the same contract you do, on the MCP server page.

Listed on the official MCP registry, Smithery and Glama. REST and MCP calls with the same key share one request budget, so a hybrid workflow meters predictably.

// your agent, mid-run:
"Which of these 40 accounts is hiring
 backend engineers right now?"

→ find_company({domain: "stripe.com"})
→ is_hiring({company_id: …})   // cheap gate
→ pre_action_brief({company_id: …})
  // pulse + top reqs + repost flags,
  // one bounded round-trip

Common questions

Where does the data come from?
From public job boards and ATS pages that we watch directly. Each result is a real posting, tagged with its source board. We do not infer intent. See Method and Data ethics.
How fresh is it?
The corpus refreshes every 3 hours across 7 regions. A webhook fires when we detect a new match, usually hours after it goes live.
What am I charged for?
You pay when your endpoint accepts a delivered change. We do not charge failed or duplicate deliveries. Hard spend caps are on by default.
Do I need a demo call?
No. You buy every plan in the console. Sign up and copy the API key on screen.

Your deliverables are only as reliable as the data under them.
