What the report shows
Status
Hiring means the company has at least one open req in our index today. Not hiring means we track the company and see zero open reqs.
Open reqs
The count of unique open roles we see on the company's job boards and career pages today. Duplicate postings of one role count once.
New in the last 30 days
The count of postings that first appeared in the last 30 days. A high count shows the company grows now, not months ago.
Top departments
The departments with the most open reqs. This shows where the company puts its hiring budget, and who you should talk to.
Where the data comes from
Reqbeat crawls job boards and company career pages on a schedule. Each posting is tied to a company, a role, and a department. The report on this page reads from that index. While the public lookup endpoint is in work, the page answers from example data. The report format is the final one.
Why a hiring check matters
Open reqs are a strong buying signal. A company that hires engineers invests in its product. A company that hires sales reps invests in growth. The departments that hire tell you which teams get budget this quarter. Sales teams, recruiters, and agencies use this to find companies at the right moment, not after it.
If we do not track a company
We add new companies every week. If the report says we do not track a company, create a free key and add a watch for it. We send the first req to your webhook when it appears.
