Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer, Reqbeat
Remote (anywhere with a few hours' overlap with CET; UK & Europe preferred) · Co-founder role · Revenue share + equity
About Reqbeat
Reqbeat tells go-to-market teams when a company opens a role that matches their ideal customer profile, usually within 12 minutes of the job being posted. We read hiring signals straight from company applicant tracking systems (ATS) and public job boards across 7 regions, covering 611 tracked markets and hundreds of thousands of postings a month. Every signal comes from a real job posting.
It's built for people who think in APIs. Customers pull signals over REST, plug into our MCP server, add a Clay column, or have changes pushed to a webhook. It's fully self-serve: free to start, usage-based after that, and no sales calls.
Reqbeat is a brand-new spin-off. The data underneath it already powers a sister platform with real traction, so the engine is proven. Reqbeat itself is pre-everything: no brand, no audience, no marketing yet. That's why we need you.
The role
We're looking for a marketing co-founder. You'll decide how Reqbeat goes to market, then do it yourself. That means choosing the positioning, the channels and the first experiments based on what the product can do and who it's for.
Our audience is growth engineers, GTM engineers and technical operators: people who build their own outbound stacks, live in Clay, and know what an API and an MCP server are. They don't respond to traditional B2B marketing, and you'll know how to reach them anyway.
We're bootstrapped by choice, with no investors and no plans to take any. There's no board to report to and no funding milestones to chase. You'll build a real business alongside the founders.
What you'll do
- Define what Reqbeat is, who it's for and why it wins, in a category full of lookalike "intent data" tools.
- Choose where to focus: which audiences, channels and use cases come first, and which to ignore.
- Launch Reqbeat and build a self-serve growth engine around signups, activation and paid conversion.
- Create the content technical buyers actually read: docs-adjacent guides, workflows, Clay recipes, MCP examples, data stories from our own corpus.
- Build presence where GTM and growth engineers spend time, including communities, newsletters, partners and integrations.
- Own the numbers and set the budget as revenue allows. Hire help when it makes sense.
What you bring
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least once owning the whole function end to end.
- You've launched a SaaS product from zero: pre-launch to first users to paying customers.
- Experience with product-led, self-serve or developer-facing products. You know how to market to people who hate being marketed to.
- You're fluent in the GTM engineering world. Clay, APIs, enrichment, signal-based outbound and MCP don't need explaining to you.
- Results you can put numbers on: signups, activation, conversion, CAC, MRR.
- You're fully hands-on. You'll write the copy, ship the landing page and run the experiments yourself.
- Fluent English and at least a few hours of working overlap with Central European Time. We're fully online, so location is flexible, though the UK and Europe are preferred.
The deal
This is a co-founder seat, not a hire. You'll take a revenue share while your equity vests, and your equity vests once the cliff ends. We'll discuss the split, vesting schedule and equity with shortlisted candidates.
Because we're pre-revenue, the revenue share starts small and grows with what you build. That's the point. It's fully remote with no fixed hours, and you'll be an equal voice on where Reqbeat goes.
It's right for you if you want to own a company, not just a job title, and you're energised by building from nothing without investor pressure. It's not right if you need a salary now, and that's completely fair.
How to apply
Send your CV and a short note covering two things:
- A SaaS product you launched from zero: what you did and what moved the numbers.
- Your first take on how you'd position Reqbeat for GTM engineers.
